Kids concept store BonBon on the Block presented their new campaign on the 30th of May named, BonBon on the Block Loves Dads. The campaign consists of a series of photographs, lookbook and film offering an endearing look into the lives of six stylish fathers and their offspring. The portrayed fathers all have different backgrounds, but share one thing in common: the unconditional love for their kids.
The launch of their first campaign coincides with BonBon on the Block’s shop reopening on Westblaak in Rotterdam. BonBon Boss Lady’s, Lenny & Mariek, decided hat after 3 years, it was time for a revamp. Lenny: “The store has been given a makeover, so to expand our collections and present everything much better.”
The campaign is based on the daily experiences of Lenny & Marieke. Lenny: “We noticed that many fathers like to shop with us. They feel at home in the shop and recognize their own style in our collections. It fits perfectly with our philosophy to the campaign, that we can offer something for every person and style.” Photographer Jan Bijl and Koen Berkhout, from The Bache, captured the six fathers and their kids in their own environment. The result is a pure and loving image of modern fathers.
