Seasick Mama is a Brooklyn-based artist with a spirit that can only be described as innovative.
With numerous endeavors under her belt, such as: curating gallery events, designing apparel and working on her deliciously palatable music, the artist known as Seasick Mama, Marial Maher, is at the top of her game.
Seasick Mama began her music career in 2009 immediately releasing her debut single and music video “Going out West”, early this year receiving audience choice at the Brooklyn Shorts Festival, directed by the Casey RAnderson.
This fall, Seasick Mama once again epitomizes the idea of bringing creatives together
introducing her new project called, The House of Creatives! As she guides a program of artists into new experiences, Seasick Mama will also be working on her debut record with music producer Mark Turrigiano. Turrigiano has previously worked with Ingrid Michaelson, Lissy Trullie, Karen Rockower, and Ele Jefe vs Demons.
With a following of over 5,000 daily devotees the social media queen has seen much success not only through her online savoir-faire, but in the pages of Esquire Magazine, Black Book, and Paper Magazine.
